Praying For The Body of Christ
All over the globe in each and every nation there are those
that love Jesus. There are those that
are faithful in serving Him. We need to
pray for the body of Christ as there are many needs everywhere. Sometimes one can have tunnel vision and not
see further than their own circle of family and friends but God wants to extend
your vision. See a little further and
know that your brothers and sisters are going through battles also. When one member of the body suffers all
suffer. In the natural if one hurts a part of their body it tends to hinder how
the rest of the body functions. It is
the same in the spiritual.
Let us pray for God
to strengthen His children and use them as bright lights in this world. The fields are white to harvest and together
we will see them come into the Kingdom of God.
Father we ask that you strengthen each member of the body of Christ
today. Pour in fresh oil and wine. Lift up the feeble hands that hang
down and give them renewed vision of you. Let them know that you have
given them a purpose for living and a destiny to fulfill. Let
intercessors arise that will pray for the nations. Let the hearts of
your children be uplifted today. Fill them with your love, joy and
peace and let them be as wise as serpents and as harmless as doves.
Position them for your glory. Let each one know that the most important
thing is their relationship with Jesus. You are calling your bride to
come to maturity. Together we will complete the work you have called us
to do. We ask this all in Jesus name. Amen.

suffers, all the parts [share] the suffering; if one member is honored, all the
